Kia ora!

Full time nature nerd. Currently I'm studying a PhD in the threatened Northland ecosystem - gumlands! Working part time as a contracting consultant field ecologist and botanist. My MSc in environmental science looked into the mycorrhizal communities of the threated ramarama (Lophomyrtus bullata). Before this I studied a bachelor of applied science majoring in biodiversity management.

Northland based and from the Hokianga - with a passion for plants, lichens and recently moss! From the coast to the mountain tops, I enjoy exploring New Zealand's beautiful ecosystems.
