Any reason this is not committed a year later? @stomlins701 is the taxonomy settled?

I do not know why the change has not been put through. BAMONA and MPG have already made the change, however bugguide has not, still showing gloveri as a ssp.

OK I think I finally got this committed. I had to remove the "child" nokomis. I will now put it back as a syn of gloveri.
