During the work day I'm a Wildlife Biologist for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service at the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge. When I'm not working, I volunteer with the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources by removing timber rattlesnakes from people's yards and relocating them to a nearby safe area. I also help The Prairie Enthusiasts with the perpetuation and recovery of prairie, oak savanna, and other associated ecosystems of the Upper Midwest through protection, management, restoration, and education.
