Somehow ended up with BA and MA in botany at San Jose State, worked as botany tech there for 35 years. Studied art (MFA photography, San Jose State) and pursued that for some years, retired from SJSU, became interested in mushrooms and how they interact with plants. Like to get out and hike around and see what's happening, observing phenology, etc. Also garden with native plants in my tiny space.
