I'm a little (maybe more than a little) obsessed with bees. A few years ago, I didn't even know there were any bees beyond honey and bumble, but a little Agapostemon that I happened to catch a photo of in 2020 changed all that. I've been photographing just about every bee I come across since then, and trying to learn everything I can about them.

I've ripped up about half of my backyard to plant native wildflowers - the rest is about 50% clover - which is why most of my observations are from one spot.
