I've been a passionate lover of the natural world as far back as my mind stretches. In 2015 I learnt to Scuba Dive and an entire new world of of beauty was revealed to me. My diving brought me to the Cayman Islands where I have been resident since 2016, recently moving to the tiny sister island of Cayman Brac. I'm an avid Volunteer Citizen Scientist, helping the local environmental agencies with conservation/data collection/education projects working with various species including sharks, stingrays, turtles, seabirds, coral, mollusks, land crabs, iguanas and bats. I am always working on improving my photography and IDing skills so discovering iNaturalist was an amazing way to collaborate with fellow nature geeks. Super grateful to all the smart folks who take time to help ID my observations!
