I am interested in squamate phylogeography, biogeography, morphometrics and geographic variation, especially in North American deserts. I have specifically work on Crotalus atrox, Crotalus scutulatus, Phrynosoma coronatum group and Acanthophis. I am the staff curator of herpetology at the Museum of Vertebrate Zoology, UC Berkeley.
