I have been passionate about nature and the outdoors since childhood, when I collected shells along the Atlantic coast and climbed trees to read during summer vacation. As an adult, I began birdwatching and traveling the world. I became interested in Citizen Science and was an early adopter of eBird. I am now retired in Athens, GA where some young friends introduced me to iNaturalist. Look out --- here I come!
