I received my PhD in plant ecology from the University of Texas at Austin in July, 2021. I love plants!

My research projects are wide-ranging, and include:

• A revised key for Oxalis in Texas
• A sap flow study for Quercus fusiformis and Juniperus ashei
• A phenological study of Eschweilera in South America
• An ecosystem services valuation in far west Texas
• A study of different girdling methods for killing Ligustrum lucidum
