I have never seen a glossy in this range. Pretty interesting observation first to my knowledge. Let me know if you know any different
This is likely not a good enough photo, as I got a photo of the snake at the (literal and figurative) tail end of his exit, but just in case, I’m uploading it.
One of five individuals found on palo verde trees between the school and the gate to the Blixseth mountain park. I went into the park and didn’t see any basking on the trees, just spiny lizards.
Is this the only population that occurs in the desert? Does anyone know how they got here?
