I put it in a small hollow of seawater and it went bezerk, going round and round at a rate or knots. I left it there

Photobomb. Stenothoidae? Or maybe a copepod? Very, very small, <1 mm (That's the tip of a 7 mm Phoenix Aeolid's tail in the photo!) On drift kelp in marina. @imlichen today
