Taken on Hill Country Conservancy's Nalle Bunny Run wildlfe preserve in Travis County.
Found these growing in a gravel lot.
Found this one trying to hide in the ground in the early AM.
Mom and 2 juveniles
beige belly with dark/greyish brown back.
Discovered near ground level, its vines entwined among diverse vegetation.
it has orange legs a white belly and grey feathers all over its body.
The bird flitted between trees, joining its avian companions from time to time
this squirrel was chewing on a small twig
It's not a hibiscus. It's very small
Black bird high up in tree, unable to get high resultion image
The deep purple amidst the green, alongside it being only flower on its stalk, made it look very beautiful in my opinion.
This squirrel was seen burrowing near Waller Creek.
Tallest of all flowers in that small patch.
