The top of the jatata (Geonoma deversa) roof of this unfinished cabin at Esmeralda EcoResort contains a small colony of what I suspect to be Jamaican Fruit-eating Bats. This sunday I found four or five of the hiding in the iron roof top. I couldn't get any closer, nor did I have a better flashlight, to improve the pictures, and I'm not too sure about the identification, so any help would be appreciated
