These were all growing within about 10'-15' of each other around and among a fallen log and woody debris near the Rogue River in Oregon. I think they are all the same species. Could they be in the genus Armillaria?
Looks to be not fully developed, warts on top, shaggy stem. No annulus. Round/oval pores, pale color. Bruise was dark orange / brown. Brown / dark brown spore print. Found on a creek near cottonwood, willow and some kind of birch.
Growing in woodchips, caps paler than usually.
Growing with oak on slopes in areas with Exsudosporus frostii and Aureoboletus russellii.
Pore surface not connected to stem. Stipe narrow near cap connection growing larger near base. No staining. tannish cap.
Reticulation along the entire stem.
This observation received a "could be" suggestion of Caloboletus inedulis on Mushroom Observer.
