My daughter took these photos, with her cellphone, of a lizard she spotted on rocks behind a house we were visiting. I tried several times over the next two days to find any lizards and get a better photo but had no luck.
I'm posting here because I think this is a Wall Lizard and it seems well west of all of the other sightings on Vancouver Island posted on iNaturalist. The homeowner told me they frequently see "geckos" when they are working on their property.
