There are no Choreutis spp recorded for Labrador. I thought it looked most similar to C. betuliperda, which is recorded for QC.

iNay CV suggests Epinotia nonana. This moth is not listed in Annotated Checklist of the Moths and Butterflies (Lepidoptera) of Canada and Alaska, Pohl 2018, so some further research is needed for an ID.
