There was a group of wild boar foraging in the shrubs. They were very near the trail (too close for comfort, actually). I didn't see them, but I heard them. You can hear the crunching sounds as they move through the thick brush.

I used my android phone to record the sound and Audacity to remove clicks and some background noise and to normalize volume according to the recommendations in the following video:

Roll-off: 48 dB
Normalize Peak Amplitude: -3dB
"Noise Reduction" option not used

This little guy was so cute. Not at all afraid of all the people around. However, he stuffed his pouches with grass then went down in his burrow and blocked the entrance. Enough of those darn people for one day!
