approx 1 1/2 cm long, dark gray on top with white/silver border, orange spots on hind wing, "tail" on hind wing, silver/light gray specked under wings with orange spots

black with white breast and dark orange patches below wings

deceased specimen, ants in process of dismantling, found on side of county line road near parking lot exit

Caterpillar. 3" long.

Appeared very fresh.

small, blue top side, silvery-white underside. tails on hind wings

Found at valley forge national historic park. About 6 cm wingspan.
