Voucher observation D.Nicolle 8756.
Poor-formed trees to 9 metres tall. Bark rough to smaller branches. Leaves moderately glossy, dark green, somewhat variable in width. Several hundred trees in very scattered stand on pale grey clay. Growing nearby is Eucalyptus populnea and E. largiflorens.
