I didn't go on a Jaguar watching trip , so seeing this beautiful cat was a real treat. It was very calm in our presence .

There were five individuals present only managed to spot four though

The Eastern Brown spotted me first and retreated towards tthe Murray River. It proceeded to swim downstream with the current taking refuge under a tree.

Individual 1 - named buster, he is distinguished by his scared dorsal fin and missing tail chunk

Individual 2 - was not given a name by the crew of the boat. Visually distinct from Individual 1 as that had a complete tail and no scaring on its dorsal

I almost hit him, as he was in the middle of the road. I got him off safely so he really has no reason to be so mad
