On July 14, 2021 at the very same location, I found my first dark phase Eastern Tiger Swallowtail. Today 2 years and a bit, I found a second one at the very same location.
Found wandering on my driveway on 4/28/2023. Accepted dandelion, but a very sluggish caterpillar.

caterpillars overwintered in a jar put into an uninsulated closed in porch, about 9 mm long; appear to have recently molted as old exoskeletons were visible

At light at campground comfort station. @neoarctia , do you know if this has been recorded in SK?
A striking lichen mimic moth of the family Noctuidae, subfamily Psaphidinae. This one was in perfect condition, I have found this once before but more battered and without all of the pattern discernible. 2 cm in length. Garden lights, semi-rural residential area, San Cristobal de Las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico 2,200 meters.
Wish I had gotten better pics, but my fancy camera setup is still in winter assembly.
