Seen by Pillans Lake Track. I considered adding the orange butterfly at the right as a separate observation, but I don't think I caught enough detail on it.

Astacopsis franklinii

Invasive - within natural bush environment with no other weeds present.

Yellow flowered form.

Densely tufted herb on gravel roadside in road drain. Unusual form with divided pinules on many fronds. Another specimen seen further uphill.
