Likely to be this. The only one I can find that fits. From Cape Plants. Sprawling glabrescent shrublet, Leaves sessile, solitary or tufted, liniar to lanceolate, villous below, often recurved above. Flowers sessile axillary pale pink pink, calyx at least half the length of the corolla; capsules shortly horned. Nov - Jan Coastal slopes, Peninsula - Betty's Bay.

From Cape Plants: Sprawling, laxly branched subshrub to 30 cm, pilose on young parts. Leaves sessile, imperfectly fascicled, linear-lanceolate, pilose below, with spiny tip often reflexed. Flowers on short pedicels, axillary, pale pink, calyx about half as long as corolla. Capsules hispid, prominently horned. July-Sept. Sandstone slopes, SW (Cape Peninsula)
