Growing in disused limestone quarry. Leaves about 1mm long. Seta just over 2cm tall, capsule 3.5mm long. No mature capsules to check. Limestone sediment seems to stick on leaves.

In cracks in limestone rocks. Leaves up to 3mm long including hair points. Sporophyte 6mm tall. I found this further down the dale. There were quite a few cushions here, so I took a tiny sample.

I^m struggling to find an ID on this; can^t even figure out which group of plants this is. I^m pretty sure this is not an angiosperm, could it be a moss?? The leaves are very succulent!
Grozs in deep shade.

If this is F. tristis — Interestingly, found on a shaded rock [normally: Frullanoides tristis almost exclusively epiphytic grows on bark, trunks, stems and twigs of living trees and shrubs, occasionally epiphyllous, rarely on logs or shaded rocks (van Slageren 1985, Singh et al. 2005.)]

On gritstone rock with Hypnum cupressiforme and Dicranum scoparium in upland birch woodland. I couldn't find any 'cilia' on the leaf bases. Also not sure if photo 6 shows divided underleaves.
