At Keys View at JTNP. Extremely good camouflage in first 2 photos.

It fell from a tree and seemed stunned. I don’t know if it was injured. Shortly after this seeing this one, I saw another Anolis equestris in a different section of Tropical Park.

I wasn’t sure what this was, but this looks pretty close. It was big—I first thought it was a dragonfly. 1-1.5 inches long, maybe.

I saw 6 adults in a small pool at waterfall at specified location

In the 2nd picture, there is also a green iguana (Iguana iguana) on the left.

There were 2 sawfish at this spot. The NP Ranger told us we might see them at this spot.

Spotted at least 9 of them.

Seems Siphonophorida is in California after all, I was waiting for the day!

Anhinga trail boardwalk

Found at Grant Grove Village (6500ft elevation) in Kings Canyon National Park. Altogether I found >40 in a 20’x10’ area under Sequoia and pine trees at night (8:30 pm) with a 395nm UV flashlight.

Found under rock. 395nm UV light.

Measured 2cm long, found under tree stump. This one was ~0.5 miles from the others I have found. Confirmed UV fluorescence, but was unable to see bioluminescence.

It had a banded tail, but it’s not visible from the photo.
