Found on Woodlawn State Park Beach January 2, after heavy rains and high winds. No idea what this is.

Around 5mm in length. Stayed fairly still on leaf but could see mouth parts chewing at surface of leaf in video. Difficult to tell for certain if 6 or 8 legs.
