I feel like I should know this one, but it's eluding me

This little plant forms perfect circles in the sand. The leaves are in whorls.

This wasp dragged its spider prey along a good 15 feet of trail and underbrush while I watched.

Came to blacklight after dark on warm (72-69F), clear, still night in remnant sand prairie. ID uncertain.

I have read that Forficula is a species complex, so it's not auricularia
