Was chasing a chicken but got stuck /was grabbing on to the fence and was able to fly away later. The chicken was very lucky XD

Cope's Gray Treefrog - Hyla chrysoscelis
Location: Durham NC (USA)
Cope's (chrysoscelis) is the species found in this immediate area--we do not appear to have any of the virtually identical Hyla versicolor.
Perhaps the great-great grandchild frog of the one in the current thumbnail image for this species, taken back in 2004:
