Fue atropellado en una carretera cercana y donado a la universidad para su disección

Excitedly trotting around ground squirrel territory. Chasing squirrels and even occasionally diving down into their burrows after them, but not able to get into the narrow holes.

In the Gunnison's prairie dog town on the perimeter of the parking lot of the Visitor Center at Valles Caldera National Preserve, NM.

Lion hung out (sitting/walking/lying) for about 1 hour. Caught on game cam.
