I have reason to believe this is a unisexual mole salamander, by it's head shape, size, and limited blue spotting. Also this is a lifer!

This tiny creature, about 2mm long, was walking across a bathroom floor. I coaxed it onto some cardboard so that I could photograph it through a loupe.
