June 13th - Special Meeting!!

I am leading a workshop on flies in general tomorrow evening!

For those of you who came this past Sunday, note that Tuesday’s meeting will be rather different! This meeting is hosted by a joint initiative with local organizations and national groups.

“We are very pleased to feature Zachary Dankowicz (@zdanko) as our guest speaker at the June Virtual ID Night, Tuesday June 13, 7-8:30pm. With his brother Even, Zachary has compiled an amazing and useful fly ID guide for identifying North America’s fascinating fly fauna and he will give us a primer in its use. After that we’ll have some practice time with fly ID’s on iNaturalist. You’ll also learn about the Sunday night fly ID series that you can join if you are inspired to dig into fly ID.
