Banded Birds NZ

The purpose of this project is to compile observations that show birds with bands, tags, flags and other markings put on them for the purpose of identifying an individual.

The main reason for this project is to allow easier access to observations of banded birds for research purposes. To save people from looking through hundreds of observations to find banded birds, or to bring attention to observations that may get missed by the people on the look for them.
