I have studied horticulture, conservation/land management and nursing at a tertiary level. And worked for State Government in a variety of roles as a threatened flora officer, statutory planner and incentive program manager to name a few. Nowadays I'm cooped up in a hospital nursing, which I love, but there's nothing like getting out into the environment! I'm mainly here because of my fungi obsession. Plants were my first love though and when the fungi start to fade and Spring kicks in I'll be admiring the flowers (oh and the Morels!) haha
