I'm a stewardship coordinator for Chikaming Open Lands in Southwest Berrien County of Michigan. I'm a general ecologist by training, and I especially enjoy learning new species of plants and insects. I'm fairly familiar with vertebrates, especially mammals and birds.

Chikaming Open Lands' mission is to preserve the open spaces and natural rural character of Southwest Berrien County. Part of my job, and critical in achieving our mission, is to know and understand the species found on our properties.
