Found this guy (or girl) in the bathroom. Quite different to the Sheetweb i saw outside the other week but thats the closest one iNaturalist is recommending. This one has a much smaller abdomen and much bigger cephalothorax. Hope someone can confirm?

Pitfall trap set up near my vegetable garden (contains mostly Kale, Silverbeet, Wild Mint, Carrot, Tomato & some Marigolds).
The trap was set for research added to Lincoln University's ECOL 202 class for 5 days/nights (3-8th May 2018).

Diplazon laetatorius - Hover Fly Parasite. Assumed female since males are extremely rare (and not needed in order to breed - through a process called thelytokous parthenogenesis).
