Several of these hovering close to the ground centered around a slightly raised metal utility hole cover. This one crawled under a dry goose dropping a couple of times. Orange-legged furrow was iNat only suggestion
Very small bee on Tulipa tarda. Note size compared to stamens. Does not have much hair, and it seems to have no markings on face. Antennae are close together. Has markings on abdomen.
