Found this unfortunate victim hooked on fishing tackle dangling from a tree branch along a trout stream. Tragus appears long and sharp pointed. Not entirely certain on identification.

Single adult individual located on a tree of heaven sapling. An established SLF population was confirmed in our county at a location approx. 1 mile away earlier this summer. I-DNR has begun insecticide treatments on suspected host trees.
