I'm a PhD candidate working on coastal marine habitat restoration in Denmark. A large part of my projects involves monitoring artificial reefs with the use of baited and unbaited remote underwater video stations. I therefore spend many hours identifying Baltic Sea species from video footage, but also have a keen interest in coral reef fishes as I'm regularly going on dive trips in the tropics.
