Howdy, my name is Mike Fenoglio. I worked at Alcon Labs for 31 years, was a full-time teacher for nine years, and am now a substitute teacher for grades K - 12. I love teaching and coaching, especially when we can acknowledge God's gifts together!

I have always enjoyed being outdoors: playing, digging, building, fishing, shooting, and hiking. When I was growing up, I hiked, fished, skipped rocks, built dams during rain storms, caught crawdads, shot my BB gun and chased anything that would run away. Grandma's hens didn't lay many eggs when I was visiting.

I have a bachelors in Wildlife and Fisheries Science from Texas A&M and a Masters in Business from Abilene Christian (Dallas). In 2012, I completed the Texas Master Naturalist training at the Fort Worth Nature Center. My Texas classroom teacher certifications are in Generalist 4-8, Science 4-8 and Science 7-12.

I want to learn more about God's creations! The knowledge may help me catch more fish, too. :)
