I am Professor & Head of the Science Unit at Lingnan University in Tuen Mun, Hong Kong. I moved to Hong Kong about 5 years ago after working 24 years at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX, USA. My past research has focused on behavioral, evolutionary, and community ecology of animals and plants. I have extensive experience teaching Tropical Marine Biology in the Caribbean Sea and I contributed to REEF Fish ID citizen science program.. In Hong Kong I have been interested in the fascinating diversity of moths that I see every day on the Lingnan University campus.
