I am from midwest-Georgia and spent most of my life in a small town bordering Alabama along the Chattahoochee River. Recently I began my Ph.D. in Biology/Botany at the University of Florida, Gainesville. I am happy to be in the same general area since we are lucky to have such biodiverse life in the southeastern US. I love being outdoors and am most interested in flora, reptiles, and amphibians, in that order.
