I'm an Assistant Professor of Biology at Ramapo College of New Jersey. My research interests include the evolution of sociality, life history, and collective behavior in social insects, such as honey bees. I am also interested in bees' interactions with the plants they pollinate. I love to observe the biodiversity all around me, though I tend to focus on flowering plants and their insect visitors.
