I am a plant pathologist working as a pest risk analyst and a research scientist at the Finnish Food Authority. During my free time I like to observe wild plants and their parasitic fungi and oomycetes (mainly rusts, downy mildews and powdery mildews). Lately, inspired by iNat, I've started to learn and record observations on other organisms as well.
