Very tiny orbweaver has chosen an okra leaf, the largest in the garden,
on which to weave. Apparently it weaves from scratch every evening, as
neither web nor weaver are observable during the day.

Round, red object found at the base of a cultivated aster during a rainy evening.
The aster had not had flowers on it for a while, and there were no seed-bearing
plants nearby.
Perhaps it is an egg sac or a fungal fruit body? I could/should have waited and
observed it, but too late now: the second photo is the object cracked open. It
was quite dry and brittle. Submitted as"Plantae", for now.
