Spotted Lanternfly

New Castle County in Delaware has several zip codes under quarantine to try to prevent the spread of the Spotted Lanternfly. There is a checklist to carry if you live in these zip codes that indicates that you have checked for the presence of this invasive species before transporting specific items from the area, including cars. (There is a fine if caught without a checklist if I understand this correctly.) Thought a heads-up would be helpful if you haven't heard already. I didn't know until today, and several articles were not clear about what such quarantine means for residents.

Checklist here:

Inclusive zip codes:
The following zip codes have been quarantined in their entirety: 19702, 19703, 19707, 19711, 19801, 19802, 19803, 19805, 19807, 19808, and 19810.
