This fly appears to have 4 pairs of wings and has big circular black eyes, a long thin tail and small hands. I found this fly on the table in my dad's office. I am also not sure exactly what type of fly this is, since it has more than one pair of wings I assume it is not the common fly.

Really graphic. Was on my way to the Cape Breton Farmers Market this morning and seen a couple of crows picking at something on the road. Pulled over and saw it was a little fox. Bones are sticking visibly out of place, neck is snapped, and left arm is missing. Called Department Of Transportations to pick up the carcass.
