הזיהויים של rcurtis

Native characteristics:
Height and habitat correct, growing in fen, all but one stem 2 meters or less. flowering stem about 2.5 meters tall. ligule averaging 1.5 mm long. basal nodes red. Stems smooth and shiny. lowest glume averaging 5-5.5 mm long. Panicle open and lax. sheaths loose... but I could be wrong on this one. Insects using plant. (Note last picture.)
Non-native characteristics:
Native fungus on nodes absent. leaves dark green/bluish.

@smpbiologist-rcurtis Plants growing in un-invaded portion of wetland, very small patch. About 7 stems with only one flowering. Despite the native characteristics out numbering the nonnative characteristics I feel we are on the same page as to what to do with this. If it was truly the native I would imagine we would have seen more of it in the general area it was found.
