Located on bark of White Spruce tree. Yellow coloration with small fan-like appearance. Suspect Candelaria concolor.

Coritcolous: found on north-western aspect of Picea glauca. Minutely foliose, almost crustose in appearance with no visible apothecia. Suspect Candeloria concolor, very common in the area.

Seen well later on down the road, heard expected 'Taiga' subspecies call.

Fox was behind my shed for about 20 minutes. His tail is missing most of the hair and looks like a stick with a tuft of fur on the end. We also saw this same fox sometime the week before.
