Corticolous: observed on the bark of an ornamental Japanese Lilac Tree (Syringa reticulata). Foliose thallus, grey/green in color. Small round apothecia. Suspect in the genus Physconia, but unsure of species.
Suspect parmeliaceae, shield lichen of some sort. Thallus is primarily crustose near center but with large foliose lobes near edges. Gray in color, corticolous with lecanorized apothecia near center.
Coritcolous: found on north-western aspect of Picea glauca. Minutely foliose, almost crustose in appearance with no visible apothecia. Suspect Candeloria concolor, very common in the area.
