This one was maybe 15 mm long, no bigger.
To make it clear, there are many little tree frogs in the yard: these bear the classic gray, mottled color pattern. THIS one appears to have arrived on a giant elephant ear plant, and it’s coloration is distinct from the grays. In most light, this frog is a pinkish tan, almost a peach color, and any markings, if present, are quite faint. I’m not sold yet that this is a gray/Cope’s. Are leucistic gray tree frogs known?
