Perhaps Tufted × Black-crested Titmouse (Baeolophus bicolor × atricristatus). It's hard for me to tell but the patch above the beak has appears to be a very dark brown rather than black. (Although hybrids are found in this area, I have not seen a black-crested titmouse here and am surprised that we would have hybrids present.)
